Digikam finally opens the Panasonic GH2 raw files

Quite recently I have learnt from Gilles Caulier that with LibRaw 0.13.8 it is finally possible to open the Panasonic GH2's raw files in Digikam. He also wrote me that to update LibRaw it is necessary to update libkdcraw.
As I wasn't successful with either, I have updated Ubuntu to Natty Narval and Digikam to version 1.9.0. For the first time in a year, I have been able to open Panasonic GH2's raw files.
